We created the communication strategy for AB InBev (Bavaria in Colombia), which allowed us to reduce the number of accidents during the peak production period. This strategy became a global program.
We developed a communication strategy to educate workers based on the practice and digital gamification. We positioned the PlanCreser image at all levels of the organization, achieving a safety culture within it. This strategy allowed the organization to win a Gold Innovation Award.
